They consider Holguín to be a province of reference of the arbitration of the Cuban judo

The Holguín province is considered to be a reference of the arbitration of the Cuban judo, for the quality and masividad of the managers of giving justice in the Cuban tatamis and out of the country, as informed the Bachelor Leonardo Aguirre López, provincial commissioner of this sport in Holguín.

To corroborate this consideration it was chosen to this province like head office of the national seminar that will take place from 3 to 8 of next November which will develop in the attached National Center of Studies of the Sports of Combats to the faculty of Physical Culture.

In this seminar two must take part I arbitrate for provinces, while the places will help with 10 or more for his head office condition and it will be given by prestigious umpires Internacionales with the target to evaluate his categories and to initiate young people you appear.

The province is provided at present with three international umpires, 15 with the nationals' category, 29 show the condition of provincial and 18 policemen, some of which must increase his category in the mentioned seminar.

In these moments Holguín has an important arbitral force and it is the one that more reaches port to the different National events which differ in his professionalism, in this difficult work that is that of giving justice with honesty and impartiality.
